With the increase in online sales after the pandemic, companies are trying to come up with new ways of creating an experience for their customers. One of the ways this can be done is by creating an experience with unboxing. To succeed, attention to detail is a must. The way the product is placed, the fit, the look when you first open it, and the feel all contribute to it.
Last but not least, this packaging has to be unique. It shouldn’t be something that you can see everywhere. There is a very fine line between unique and strange though. The goal is to create exclusivity. It is very hard to be exclusive when you look and feel like everything else in the market, including other luxurious products or way too different than everything else.
